Chairman / Partner
David Harvey is an English Chartered Accountant and member of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
After qualifying in 1969, he spent several years working in the tax departments of Arthur Andersen and Deloitte & Touche before becoming a partner in Bright, Grahame, Murray and Company, a medium-sized firm of Chartered Accountants based in London. Here he was responsible for developing their international practice with particular emphasis on Europe and North America.
In 1979 he established his own tax practice where he continued to specialise in international tax, corporate structuring and offshore financial advice.
In 1995 he gave up his practice in order to concentrate on the development of HALSEY.

Managing Director / Partner
Christophe Gammal graduated from the European School in Luxembourg in 1987 and member of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioner.
From 1991 to 1996, he pursued business administration studies (Diplom Kaufmann) at the University of Regensburg, Germany, with specialisation in investment, banking and finance as well as operation research. In 1998, he studied commercial law in Luxembourg and has subsequently followed various courses in taxes; management (including MIT); human resources and private equity.
He joined HALSEY in 1997 and has served as a member of the Executive Committee and holder of a CSSF license since 2000 and as a director since 2006, at which point he became a partner. Before he joined HALSEY, he served in various positions with FLG Metallurgie GmbH (VIAG Group) in Düsseldorf, Germany, Murex Rainham Ltd, Rainham (UK) and with Hypobank International S.A. in Luxembourg in the internal audit and deposit department.
Director – Legal Services
Yeliz holds a Master Degree in Law from the University of Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium) and a degree in Luxembourg Law from the University of Luxembourg.
She is a director and is responsible for the legal services provided by Halsey Group and is also holder of a CSSF License since January 2016.
Before joining Halsey Group in 2011, she worked in the litigation department of a well-known law firm in Luxembourg.
She has acquired and developed expertise in the financial sector (holding companies), in the management and administration of companies and setting-up of appropriate corporate structures.
Director – Business Development & Accounting
Nicolas graduated in Accounting and is a qualified chartered accountant.
He joined Halsey Group in May 2013 and became a director in January 2016 and holder of a CSSF License in January 2016. Nicolas is the head of accounting at Halsey Group.
Prior to joining Halsey Group, he worked for Alter Domus (Luxembourg) for 6 years as a senior advisor and Centralis Group (Luxembourg) for 5 years as a manager.
He has an extensive experience working with international clients in the corporate and private equity sector.
